School preview

Kidemy by Kid Academy is opening guardian registration and teacher applications. Course plans are upcoming. Payments and live video are awaiting integration. Teacher assignments, private learner drafts, submitted work and teacher feedback are available for assigned teaching groups.

Information you provide

The school database stores account names, email, guardian and teacher phone and WhatsApp numbers, guardian links and teacher applications. If you use the teaching features, it also stores reviewed biographies, courses, enrolment and teaching requests, lesson times, bookings, private guardian feedback, payment schedules, lesson change requests, private scheduling notes and lesson-board drawings. Teaching is online only; we do not ask for a child's street address or GPS location. Young learners do not need a personal email address.

Passwords are stored using Django's password hashing. Guardian and teacher phone and WhatsApp numbers are not verified by SMS yet. School accounts are separate from Kidemy game-save codes; opening practice does not upload your game saves to the school database.

Public topic-starter answers are saved as drafts in this browser’s local storage. They are not sent to the school database or added to a learner’s academic results. Signed-in learner drafts are separated by learner ID in browser storage. A guardian can explicitly copy older unassigned drafts; no copy happens automatically. Browser storage is not a secure vault: anyone using the same browser profile can access it; closing Incognito or clearing browser data may remove them.

Choosing Save practice stores the lesson identity and time in the selected learner's school profile, not the answer text or an exam mark. A linked guardian may explicitly attach a device-game summary: retained answer-attempt count, chapter-activity count and earned topic-star total. This replaces the previous summary. Full game saves, names, coins, PINs and beliefs are not uploaded by this feature.

Assignment drafts are saved to the school server only when you choose Save private draft. The learner, linked guardians and Super Admin can access them; the teaching team receives the written answers only when you choose Submit. Submitted answers, marking guidance, marks, review history and feedback remain in school records. A teacher may return work for revision. Do not include contact details in written answers.

Who can see records

Guardians see their linked learners and bookings. Approved teachers see matching requests without a child's name or contact details before booking. After confirmation, the booked teacher and guardian may see each other's phone and WhatsApp numbers. Application drafts are accessible to the applicant and privileged owner administration. Managers review submitted teacher applications, demonstration plans and readiness declarations. Applications are not public. Identity-document and introduction-video uploads are not available.

Managers review public biographies and guardian feedback. A public star average, when available, combines moderated guardian scores from completed paid bookings; written feedback remains private. Finance staff see payment schedules and the Kidemy/teacher split. The CEO role includes Manager, Officer and Finance access; only Super Admin can assign staff roles or use unrestricted owner administration. Account and booking changes are logged for support and review.

Hosting and email

In this preview, school records and private backups are stored on Kidemy's Hostinger server. Hostinger Email sends account verification, password-recovery and lesson-update messages from info@kidemy.fun. These messages contain your email address and an expiring account link. Verification links expire after 24 hours; recovery links expire after one hour. Never share those links or your password.

Secure school cookies keep you signed in and protect form submissions. School pages are not cached for offline use. The foundation does not collect card information or request camera, microphone or location access.

Public website visitor counter

The landing page keeps anonymous aggregate counts of browser visits, first-time/returning browsers, approximate Bangladesh/international network location and today’s visits in Bangladesh time. Its totals are separate from school profiles and do not identify individual people. The counter stores no visitor IDs or IP addresses and does not send IP addresses to an external country-lookup service. Browser storage retains the last counted day. Your account and questions

Contact info@kidemy.fun from your registered account email to request access, correction or deletion of school records. Account export and deletion are currently handled by the operator after checking your identity. No fixed automatic deletion period is configured yet; records and backups remain until the operator processes a request or applies a retention policy. Before paid teaching opens, Kidemy must publish the applicable course, safeguarding and refund terms.
