Delete your Kidemy Android online profile

Kidemy by Kid Academy · Android package fun.kidemy.numberdash · Updated 23 October 2026

This page explains deletion for the optional private online game profile. Solo learning does not require that profile. School website accounts are separate.

Delete from the app

  1. Open Kidemy and choose Settings → Online play & friends.
  2. Choose Delete online profile and read the confirmation.
  3. Confirm the deletion while connected to the internet. Your solo learning progress and coins remain on the device.

Request help without the app

Email farhadh.35@gmail.com with the subject “Kidemy Android online profile deletion”. Include the generated game nickname or friend code if you still have it. We will explain how to verify ownership before acting. A friend code alone is not proof of ownership. Do not send a child's real name, password, authentication token or learning backup. No website sign-in or payment is required to send a request.

Remove a connection without deleting your profile

  1. Open Settings → Online play & friends while connected to the internet.
  2. Beside the relevant generated nickname, choose Remove friend, Cancel request or Decline, as appropriate. These actions delete that connection or pending-request record on the server. Your online profile and other connections remain.
  3. For a different data-deletion request, email the support address above and state which data you want removed. Ownership verification and the retention limits below still apply. Removing a connection does not delete completed scores or existing room contributions.

What is deleted

The online identity and its authentication record, friend requests and accepted/blocked connections, and private completed scores are removed when the profile is deleted. This revokes that profile's access to private rooms. Uninstalling the app alone does not request server deletion.

What can remain, and for how long

  • An anonymous contribution to an existing room can remain until that room expires. Unstarted rooms expire after 24 hours. Started rooms expire one hour after their play deadline; Team Expeditions have a 24-hour play window. Expired room records are removed when the next room is created.
  • Without a deletion request, pending friend requests expire after 7 days and private completed scores after 30 days; cleanup runs on the next social-service request. Online identities and accepted/blocked connections otherwise remain until removed or the profile is deleted.
  • Hosting access and security logs are separate from the online profile. They can contain network IP addresses, request times and speech-request text. There is no fixed automatic deletion period published for those logs; contact the support address above about a log-data request.
  • Solo progress, answers, preferences and exported backups remain on your device or in a file location you selected. To remove local app data, use Android Settings → Apps → Kidemy → Storage → Clear storage. This also erases local progress; a server profile deletion does not erase it.
