Kidemy is an independent learning game published by Arshan Fiyaz, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Contact farhadh.35@gmail.com. This page covers the website; the Android privacy policy explains the packaged Android edition.
Solo lessons and games do not require a player profile. Answers, chapter progress, coins, preferences and recent learning records are saved automatically in your browser or app storage. They can be erased when that storage is cleared; Incognito storage disappears when its windows close. A learning record keeps up to 3,000 recent events and distinguishes first answers, retries and opened help; it does not predict exam performance.
You can explicitly export a JSON learning backup and restore it on an installation without progress. It contains the saved profile, answers and rewards; it excludes online credentials, friendships, PINs, microphone permission and device voice choices. Keep it private. Kidemy does not upload that file. A file provider you choose may sync it under its own terms.
Enable private play in the online panel to create a random account ID, generated nickname, device-held authentication token and eight-character invitation code. New private games do not send the child's chosen local name, school, age, country, contacts or full learning history. Room answers, scores and friend requests/connections are sent to our service. Network IP addresses reach the server for request handling and rate limiting.
Share room and invitation codes only with people you know. Room members see generated nicknames and play results. Friends require Accept/Decline; Remove and Block requests are available. Accepted friends compare completed scores only for the same question set and time allowance. There is no chat or public player search. Turning online play off leaves solo learning available.

Use Online play & friends → Delete online profile. This removes the online identity, friendships and private scores and revokes room access. A contribution already made to a room can remain under its generated nickname until room expiry. Solo learning is kept. Uninstalling or clearing local storage does not delete the online profile.
If you lose access, contact privacy support to request deletion. Include the generated friend code or legacy counter reference so we can locate the record; do not send a child's real name, authentication token, PIN or family passcode. Support must verify control of an identity before deleting it; knowing a shared friend code alone is not proof.
Website family sync is a separate optional feature. Enabling it sends the saved learning state and any completed player profile to our server so another authorised device can recover it. Keep the family code and passcode private. The Android edition does not include this progress-sync feature.
Older website profiles can contain a nickname, school, class, age and a Bangladesh/abroad choice. Solo play does not create one. Existing profile counters run only for completed profiles and send the random player ID, that broad location choice and play events; they do not use GPS. The server keeps a keyed ID digest, day counts and play totals until deletion is requested; replay-prevention event keys are retained for 30 days. The separate website visitor counter is explained below. Android does not use these website counters.
Older public contest results can show nickname, class and score and retain school/age privately. These legacy results remain until removal is requested and are not included in new private friend rankings. Contact support with the room code/nickname for an older result, or use Copy player counter reference in website preferences for a counter record.
The landing footer shows six aggregate figures. Visitors means counted browser visits, using a daily local-storage marker; unique means first-time browsers, and returning means later daily visits from previously counted browsers. These are not counts of individual people. Clearing storage, Incognito and different devices can count again; automated traffic may be included. If browser storage is blocked, the client reads totals without adding a visit.
Local means an estimated Bangladesh network location; international means an estimated location elsewhere. The server handles the request IP transiently to look up a broad country category in a local copy of the public DB-IP database. This counter does not store the IP or send it to a separate geolocation service. There is no GPS lookup. VPNs, network routing and database gaps can affect estimates. Unlocated visits are excluded from both country categories. Today uses midnight-to-midnight Bangladesh time (UTC+6).
The counter stores aggregate totals only, with one current-day bucket and the date the breakdown began. There are no visitor IDs, names, account links, cookies, user agents or individual visit rows in its storage. The browser keeps the last counted day; a previous marker is retained for older-client compatibility. Counter requests omit account cookies and referrer information. These counts are separate from school accounts, player profiles, learning progress and rewards.
The existing visit total is preserved as a historical baseline. Its unique/returning, country and daily breakdowns cannot be reconstructed. Old clients and unknown countries may leave newer visits unclassified; the counter’s explanation reports those exclusions. Ordinary hosting/access and security logs are separate and may contain request IPs, times and paths as described under Other services.

Country data: IP Geolocation by DB-IP, CC BY 4.0. Kidemy reduces the public network ranges to Bangladesh, international or unknown categories. No visitor information is sent to DB-IP by this lookup.

Local হলো নেটওয়ার্ক দেখে বাংলাদেশ থেকে আসার আনুমানিক হিসাব; international অন্য দেশের। সার্ভার শুধু দেশ বোঝার জন্য অনুরোধের আইপি সাময়িকভাবে দেখে, কিন্তু এই কাউন্টারে আইপি সেভ করে না বা আলাদা লোকেশন সার্ভিসে পাঠায় না। জিপিএস ব্যবহার হয় না। ভিপিএন বা নেটওয়ার্কের কারণে হিসাব বদলাতে পারে; দেশ বোঝা না গেলে ২টি লোকেশন ভাগের কোনোটিতে যোগ হয় না। Today বাংলাদেশের রাত ১২টায় নতুন দিনের হিসাব শুরু করে।

Read-aloud can send lesson text over HTTPS to kidemy.fun to generate and cache audio. Bangla may use Microsoft Azure Speech when configured, with a self-hosted voice fallback. The server sees the request IP and may log request text. Rate limits use short-lived hashed IP counters, cleaned during service activity. Cached clips contain app text and are retained while used by the app.
The microphone is optional and asks for platform permission. It measures speaking bursts and approximate duration in memory; it does not identify or mark the words. Microphone audio is not recorded, saved or uploaded. Refusing permission leaves a non-microphone path. Closing the panel stops the microphone.
There are no advertising SDKs or ad identifiers. The website can request fonts from Google Fonts; the Android fonts are packaged. Ordinary access/security logs may contain IP addresses, request times and paths. Contact support about a log or privacy concern. The Android edition checks for updates through Google Play; Google handles that service under its own terms.
Learning coins cannot be purchased or exchanged for money. This Android testing edition has no subscription gate. Any subscription previously started through Google Play must be managed there; uninstalling does not cancel it. Printing or sharing opens a system interface, and the destination you choose handles the shared content.

অপেক্ষায় থাকা রিকোয়েস্টের মেয়াদ ৭ দিন, প্রাইভেট স্কোরের মেয়াদ ৩০ দিন; পরের সার্ভিস রিকোয়েস্টে মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ রেকর্ড মুছে যায়। রুমের মেয়াদ ও মুছে দেওয়ার নিয়ম ওপরের টেবিলে আছে। অনলাইন প্রোফাইল মুছলে বন্ধু ও প্রাইভেট স্কোর মুছে যায়; একা খেলার অগ্রগতি থাকে।
পাঠ শোনার লেখা সার্ভারে যেতে পারে; মাইক্রোফোনের অডিও যায় না। এই টেস্টিং ভার্সনে কোনো পেওয়াল নেই। ডেটা মুছতে সাহায্য লাগলে ওপরের ইমেইলে লিখুন; শিশুর পুরো নাম বা পাসকোড পাঠাবেন না।
