Case-study analysis and written evaluation

Evaluate a small pilot using customer outcomes and delivery constraints.

Original Kidemy further-topic investigation. This optional lesson is shared by related upper pathways; select suitable depth with a teacher. It does not certify complete grade or board coverage.

Learn the idea

A pilot should test a decision-relevant assumption with an observable outcome. Enquiries, bookings, attendance and learning are different measures. Avoid treating one as proof of the others. A decision needs capacity, cost and a stopping or review rule.

Worked example

A fictional course gets30 enquiries,9 bookings and 7 attendees. Booking conversion is 9/30=30% of enquiries. Attendance is 7/9 of bookings. Neither establishes improved learning.

  1. Define the outcome.
  2. Check delivery capacity.
  3. Tie the recommendation to the observed evidence.
