Class 11 · Bangla Version · English

Reading comprehension and inference

Analyse a qualified argument and the assumptions behind its recommendation.

Original Kidemy Class 11 progression. This level has its own text, examples and questions. Curriculum versions share the progression; complete board-specific coverage still needs specification matching and additional material.

Learn the idea

An academic argument may distinguish evidence, interpretation and recommendation in adjacent sentences. Modal verbs and limiting phrases control claim strength. Evaluate the link between premises and conclusion rather than merely agreeing with the topic.

Worked example

A college pilot offered peer feedback to one writing group. Participants reported greater confidence, although their final work was not independently assessed. The author recommends a larger trial before calling the method effective across subjects.
