Case-study analysis and written evaluation
Write a supported case-study judgement rather than a list of generic points.

Learn the idea
A case answer applies concepts to given facts, explains a causal chain, weighs alternatives and reaches a justified conclusion. Distinguish a case fact from an assumption. Numerical comparisons help only when their units and meanings are explained. A recommendation should state when it would need review.
Worked example
A fictional course has 20 enquiries, 6 enrolments and capacity for 12 learners. Conversion is 6/20 = 30% of these enquiries; it does not mean 30% of everyone in the city would enrol. Unused capacity alone does not show marketing is the only problem.
